1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to monthly support plans, recurring subscriptions, custom software development, AI automation, system integration, technical support, maintenance, discovery, consulting, and related digital services provided by FULLPRIZ LLC.
A signed proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, or other written agreement may include project-specific cancellation terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project-specific agreement controls, subject to mandatory law.
2. Core Cancellation Principles
- Customers may cancel recurring plans before the next renewal date.
- Cancellation normally prevents future billing; it does not retroactively cancel a completed billing period.
- Custom projects are handled according to their stage and written agreement.
- Completed work, reserved time, accepted milestones, and third-party costs may remain payable.
- Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
- FULLPRIZ will provide written confirmation when a cancellation request has been processed.
3. Cancelling a Monthly Subscription or Support Plan
You may cancel a monthly plan by emailing support@fullpriz.com. Include the account email, company name, plan name, and requested cancellation date.
Unless mandatory law or a written agreement states otherwise, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Timing Requirements
If a request arrives after a renewal has already been initiated or processed, the plan may renew for the next billing period. Any refund request will then be reviewed under the Refund Policy.
5. Effect of Subscription Cancellation
After cancellation:
- Future automatic renewals are stopped once the cancellation is processed.
- Service usually continues through the end of the paid billing period.
- Unused requests, hours, or plan benefits do not convert to cash.
- Unused benefits do not roll over unless expressly stated in writing.
- Access to plan-specific support may end when the paid period expires.
6. Automatic Renewals
Subscription plans renew automatically at the displayed or agreed interval until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the payment method to be charged for each renewal.
Customers are responsible for monitoring renewal dates and maintaining current billing and contact information.
7. Failed Payments and Involuntary Cancellation
If a renewal payment fails, FULLPRIZ or the payment processor may retry the charge. Service may be paused while payment remains outstanding.
A plan may be cancelled if payment is not resolved within a reasonable period. Outstanding amounts remain due.
8. Cancelling Custom Software, AI Automation, or Integration Projects
Custom projects involve reserved capacity, planning, development, testing, and third-party dependencies. Cancellation terms are therefore based on the project stage.
| Project stage | Typical cancellation effect |
|---|---|
| Before work begins | Project may be cancelled subject to non-refundable onboarding, reservation, and third-party costs. |
| Discovery or planning underway | Customer remains responsible for completed analysis, meetings, documentation, and reserved time. |
| Development in progress | Customer remains responsible for work performed, committed resources, and approved expenses. |
| Milestone delivered or accepted | Amounts allocated to that milestone remain payable and are generally non-refundable. |
| Project substantially complete | Cancellation does not remove payment obligations for substantially completed work. |
9. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a custom project is cancelled before work begins, FULLPRIZ will review whether any onboarding, discovery preparation, capacity reservation, specialist booking, or third-party expense has already been incurred.
Any refundable balance is determined under the Refund Policy and the written project agreement.
10. Cancellation While Work Is in Progress
If a project is cancelled after work begins, FULLPRIZ may prepare a closing statement showing:
- Work completed through the effective cancellation date.
- Reserved resources and committed capacity.
- Approved third-party costs and licenses.
- Completed or partially completed milestones.
- Any remaining refundable or payable balance.
11. Milestones and Accepted Deliverables
Cancellation does not reverse acceptance of a completed milestone or Deliverable. Amounts allocated to accepted, used, or deemed-accepted work remain payable.
Any handover of partially completed work depends on payment of amounts due and the intellectual-property terms of the applicable agreement.
12. Customer Delay, Inactivity, or Abandonment
FULLPRIZ may pause a project if the Customer fails to provide information, access, feedback, approvals, or payment.
If inactivity continues after reasonable notice, FULLPRIZ may treat the project as cancelled or terminated. Completed work, reserved time, and committed costs remain payable.
13. Third-Party Services and Non-Cancellable Costs
Cancellation does not automatically cancel third-party commitments made for a Customer. The Customer remains responsible for approved, incurred, or non-cancellable costs, including:
- Hosting, cloud, domain, API, communications, and software fees.
- Licenses, plugins, templates, and paid tools.
- Approved contractor, specialist, audit, or security-review fees.
- Usage charges already generated.
14. Cancellation by FULLPRIZ
FULLPRIZ may cancel a subscription or project where reasonably necessary because of:
- Repeated non-payment.
- Unlawful or prohibited activity.
- Fraud, deception, or identity misuse.
- Security threats or abuse of systems.
- Material breach of the Terms of Service.
- Third-party restrictions that make delivery unlawful or technically impossible.
- Customer conduct that prevents safe or professional service delivery.
Where reasonably possible, FULLPRIZ will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
15. Suspension Before Cancellation
FULLPRIZ may temporarily suspend service instead of immediately cancelling it. Suspension may apply to support access, development, deployment, integrations, account access, or use of FULLPRIZ-managed systems.
Suspension does not automatically waive fees already due.
16. Immediate Termination
FULLPRIZ may terminate immediately for serious unlawful conduct, fraud, malicious activity, sanctions concerns, material security threats, abusive conduct, or intentional violation of third-party rights.
17. EU, EEA, and Netherlands Consumer Rights
If you expressly request that service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be responsible for a proportionate amount for work performed before withdrawal.
Where legally permitted, the withdrawal right may end after full performance if the required express request, consent, and acknowledgement were obtained.
Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory consumer rights.
18. Relationship Between Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund are separate:
- Cancellation stops future service or future renewal.
- Refund concerns money already paid.
A cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the Refund Policy, the applicable project agreement, and mandatory law.
19. Data, Access, and Account Closure
After cancellation or termination:
- Customer access to plan-specific systems or support may end.
- FULLPRIZ may remove credentials or revoke access under its control.
- Customers should export or request eligible Deliverables before access ends.
- Data may be retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
FULLPRIZ is not responsible for Customer data left only in third-party systems controlled by the Customer.
20. Transition and Handover Support
If requested, FULLPRIZ may provide reasonable transition assistance at the applicable rate. Transition work may include documentation, credential handover, deployment notes, export support, or coordination with a replacement provider.
Transition assistance is not included unless stated in the written agreement or separately approved.
21. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
Email support@fullpriz.com and include:
- Customer or company name.
- Email used for purchase.
- Subscription, invoice, or project reference.
- Service or plan to be cancelled.
- Requested effective date.
- Reason for cancellation, if you wish to provide it.
We may request additional information to verify authority and protect the account.
22. Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation is not complete until FULLPRIZ or the payment system confirms it. We normally acknowledge valid cancellation requests within 1 business day.
Keep the written confirmation for your records.
23. Billing Disputes After Cancellation
If you believe a payment was charged after an effective cancellation, contact support@fullpriz.com promptly with the cancellation confirmation and payment reference.
We will investigate and apply the Refund Policy where appropriate.
24. Changes to this Cancellation Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, billing systems, operational practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
